OCTOBER TASTING LINEUP

‘24 APRICITY - Co-fermented from 57% Viognier, 29% Roussanne, and 14% Marsanne grapes sourced from Coyote Canyon Vineyard in the Horse Heaven Hills AVA, this Rhône-style white blend captivates with a powerful yet elegant nose of honeysuckle and orange blossom. Notes of honeydew melon and opal apple create a luscious mid-palate experience with a crisp, refreshing finish.

‘23 AGERASIA - Reimagined as a right-bank Bordeaux style blend, this evolution wine features 47% Merlot, 38% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 15% Cabernet Franc sourced from Rosebud Vineyard and other premium local vineyards in the Columbia Valley AVA. This fuller-bodied expression showcases beautiful Merlot fruit with enticing aromas of dried cherry and subtle bay leaf, leading to a palate rich with black plum and red currant notes complemented by warming baking spices.

‘23 ANIMATO - This inaugural single varietal Merlot features 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from Rosebud Vineyard in the Wahluke Slope AVA. Crafted with a lighter touch to showcase Merlot’s naturally vibrant character, this wine displays a beautiful garnet hue and delights with bright red fruit and blackberry notes. The addition of Cabernet Sauvignon provides subtle depth while maintaining the wine’s lively, approachable style.

‘23 AVANT - This inaugural Carmenère features 75% Carmenère, 19% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 6% Cabernet Franc sourced from French Creek Vineyard and other premium local vineyards in the Columbia Valley AVA. Extended hang time allows this distinctive varietal to reach full expression, showcasing a dark, brooding color and rich complexity. The wine captivates with cool blueberry and dark plum notes, complemented by subtle hints of smoked meat and to***co leaf. The addition of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc provides depth and dimension to this sophisticated expression.

2024 Alluvium Aîné

This single varietal Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from Rosebud Vineyard in the Wahluke Slope AVA. With bright citrus notes of tangerine and yuzu complemented by white peach and lime leaf, this elegant wine offers a full, viscous mouthfeel balanced by crisp acidity. Its refined character sets it apart from more vegetal expressions of the varietal.

2024 Alluvium Aeris
aeris • \AIR-iss\ • noun: a world full of flowers.
This Rosé blend features 67% macerated Grenache and 33% whole cluster pressed Syrah from Diamondback Ridge Vineyard in the Rattlesnake Hills AVA. With its delicate pink hue, it offers bright raspberry and wild strawberry notes that dance across the palate, with elegant minerality reminiscent of classic Côtes du Rhône rosés. The finish is refined with a silky texture that lingers beautifully.

2022 Alluvium Anthem
anthem • \AN-thuhm\ • noun: a rousing or uplifting song.
Crafted in the traditional Southern Rhône style, this blend features 45% Grenache from French Creek Vineyard in Yakima Valley AVA, 38% Syrah from Les Collines in Walla Walla AVA, and 17% Mourvèdre from Coyote Canyon in Horse Heaven Hills AVA. It entices with notes of raspberry, blackberry, baking spices and forest floor, leading to a palate of moderate smoky caramel and balanced dryness. The finish is elegant and persistent with soft, silky tannins.

2022 Alluvium Apex
apex • \AY-peks\ • noun: the highest point; the pinnacle or summit.
Crafted primarily of Clone 6 Cabernet Sauvignon from Diamondback Ridge Vineyard in the Rattlesnake Hills AVA, this inaugural release showcases the concentration and complexity achievable with Washington State’s signature varietal. This wine surprises with bright red fruit characteristics that are atypical of Cabernet Sauvignon, offering notes of cherry cola, dark plum, and to***co leaf. The palate shows remarkable depth, with powerful yet refined tannins that will continue to evolve.
