Green beans elevated to new heights....i dont even know what name to give the dressing...mustard, red wine, maple syrup, vinegar....its delicious...topped with crushed glazed pecans and cranberries. I had to cover and hide it before everyone finished it off before dinner time!

BBQ chicken steak with mango salsa is what's for dinner tonight. As an added healthy side, wheat berry salad (estee kafras cookbook, spice it right). The first time I've worked with this. Its a cross between brown rice and barley. More of a bite than barley but with the nutty taste of brown rice. Basil lemon garlicy dressing adds a refreshing touch!
