Here we are uninstalling bird netting so we can dismantle the trellis system in this section of the vineyard. We are converting from conventional to sustainable agriculture one block at a time. Plan is to pull everything out of this block, work to regenerate the soil, and hopefully within a few years, with an ecosystem more in natural balance, we will replant without being dependent on chemical fertilizers and and synthetic pesticides.
