My absolute favorite food is spaghetti and meatballs, Ive shared my meatball recipe before but this time of year I make a large batch of fresh sauce and freeze it to use year round. It's simple with few ingredients and less than an hour to cook. I made it today during nap time.

Grilled chicken, zucchini, pasta salad, and potatoes! I doubled the chicken marinade and marinated the zucchini as well.

I received a giant zucchini from a friend so chocolate zucchini muffins for the win!! Super fluffy and moist. As stated in the recipe they are not very sweet so if you're looking for sweetness use 1/2 cup of sugar vs 1/4. Cole loved one fresh from the oven!

Dinner tonight was absolutely delicious (and I actually didn't cook!) I grabbed the recipe before we left. It's perfect as is but adding some ground beef/turkey would be simple.

We LOVE this marinade! I typically double the recipe and marinate the vegetables too. The recipe calls for peppers and onions which are delicious but I sometimes add veggies like zucchini or mushrooms depending on what I have on hand.

This was a huge hit and definitely a keeper. I swapped out fresh spinach for the peas because I was out of peas. Flavorful and quick!

Beef and noodles, steamed green beans, and focaccia from our favorite bakery Oh My Ganache . My husband and I found the pasta to be a bit bland but Cole devoured it!! I did swap beef for ground turkey and used whole wheat elbows because I did not have egg noodles on hand. It's very similar to my homemade hamburger helper but without the cheese and sour cream which I think is why my husband and I were a little disappointed, but definitely fewer calories 😉

Greek Chicken with wild rice, and steamed broccoli fresh from the farmers market. Absolutely delicious and chicken probably would be even better grilled, I pan seared ours.
