I'm trying yet another gluten-free cinnamon roll recipe, with tweaks, that have just finished rising and are about to go in the oven! I've made some slight adjustments to them in hopes that they'll not be as dry the next day. Gluten-free flours tend to soak up wet ingredients, making them dry, so my thought process is to just add more butter. 😅 Here's to baking and waiting to see if it actually helped.
