Ingredients
12 oz penne pasta
1 lb Italian sausage (casings removed)
3 cups fresh spinach
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh basil, for garnish

Directions
Cook the Sausage โ€“ Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the Italian sausage, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned.
Add Garlic โ€“ Stir in the minced garlic and sautรฉ for about a minute until fragrant.
Simmer the Pasta โ€“ Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, then add the penne pasta. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta reaches an al dente texture.
Combine Ingredients โ€“ Add the fresh spinach and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the spinach wilts and the cheese melts into a creamy sauce.

This is an easy recipe great for a busy day!

Crock-Pot Chicken and Stuffing

Ingredients:

1 lb skinless chicken breast half (you can use any parts of the chicken, bone in or boneless)
1 (6 ounce) packages Stove Top stuffing mix
1/2 cup water
1 (10 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup, or cream of chicken soup condensed
1 cup chicken broth

Instructions:

Place chicken on bottom of crockpot. Pour broth over the chicken.

Mix together the stuffing, soup, and water, and place on top of the chicken.

Cook on low for 7 hours.

Strawberry Butter Cream Cake
โ€ข 1 (18.25-ounce) Package white cake mix
โ€ข 1 (3-ounce) Package strawberry gelatin
โ€ข 4 Large eggs
โ€ข ยฝ Cup sugar
โ€ข ยฝ Cup finely chopped fresh strawberries
โ€ข ยฝ Cup milk
โ€ข ยฝ Cup Vegetable oil
โ€ข 1/3 Cup all-purpose flour
โ€ข Strawberry Butter cream Frosting (see below)
โ€ข Garnish with whole and halved strawberries
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat cake mix, strawberry gelatin, eggs, sugar, chopped fresh strawberries, milk, vegetable oil and all-purpose flour at low speed with an electric mixer for 1 minute. Scrape down sides, and beat at medium speed for 2 more minutes, stopping to scrape down sides, as needed. (The Strawberries should be well blended.)
2. Pour batter into 3 greased and floured 9-inch round cake pans.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 23 minutes, or until cakes spring back when pressed lightly with a finger. Let cool in pans on wire racks for 10 minutes. Remove from pans, and cool completely (about 1 hour.)
4. Spread the Strawberry Buttercream Frosting between layers and on top and sides of cake. Garnish with whole and halved strawberries. Serve immediately, or chill for up to 1 week.
To make ahead: Prepare recipe as directed. Chill, uncovered, for 20 minutes or until frosting is set. Cover well with wax paper, and store in refrigerator up to a week.
Strawberry Buttercream Frosting
Ingredients
โ€ข 1 Cup butter, softened
โ€ข (32-ounce) Package powdered sugar, sifted
โ€ข 1 Cup finely chopped fresh strawberries
Preparation
1. Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until fluffy (about 20 seconds). Add sugar and strawberries, beating at low speed until creamy. (Add more sugar if frosting is too thin, or add strawberries if too thick.)

Pecan Pie Cookies Oh My goodness!!

Ingredients -
1 prepared single pie crust (homemade or purchased, I used Pillsbury)
2 tablespoons butter, melted
ยฝ cup pecans, chopped...

ยผ cup corn syrup
2 eggs
โ…› teaspoon salt

ยผ cup semi sweet or milk chocolate chip for decorating.

Instructions -
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large non-stick pan, combine butter, pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, salt and eggs. Cook on the stove top over medium-low heat just until thickened. (You don't want it dry, just slightly thickened, about the consistency of pudding). Remove from heat and set aside.
Unroll dough and using a 3" cookie cutter, cut out circles. Gently fold about โ…›-1/4" up on the edges.
Spoon 1 tablespoon of the pecan mixture into each circle.
Place on a parchment lined pan (it's important to line it) and bake 8 minutes or until filling is just set. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.
Place chocolate chips in a small Ziploc bag (use brand name, the store brands tend to leak). Microwave about 15 seconds or until mostly melted. Snip off a tiny corner of the baggie and drizzle chocolate over the cookies. Cool

ALICE SPRINGS CHICKEN (OUTBACK COPYCAT)

Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded to 1/2 inch thickness
Lowryโ€™s Seasoning Salt
6 bacon slices
1/4 cup regular mustard
1/3 cup honey
2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
1 cup sliced fresh mushroom (I omitted because my family does not like mushrooms)
2 cup shredded Colby/Jack cheese

Directions :
First, Sprinkle and rub the chicken breasts with seasoning salt. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
While the chicken is in the refrigerator, cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp. Remove bacon and set aside. *Do not discard grease.*
Saute chicken in the bacon grease for 3 to 5 minutes per side, or until browned. Place chicken in a 9โ€ณ ร— 13โ€ณ casserole dish or pan.
To make the Honey Mustard: In a small bowl, mix the mustard, honey, mayonnaise and dried onion flakes.
Spread some of the Honey Mustard over each piece of chicken, then layer with mushrooms, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese.
Bake in a 350ยฐ oven for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and chicken is done. Enjoy!!

1 (6 pack) Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (12 cups total)
1 (16oz) package of refrigerated cookie dough

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and generously grease a regular size muffin tin.

Prepare the brownie mix according the package directions; set aside.

Separate the cookie dough into 12 even balls and then squish them down into the bottom of each muffin cup.

Place a Reese's peanut butter cup upside down on top of the cookie dough.

Evenly distribute the brownie batter on top of each peanut butter cup until the wells are about 90% full.

Crock Pot Mississippi Beef Noodles - SOOO good!

Ingredients:
3 lbs beef roast
1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix
1 packet Brown Gravy Mix
1/4 cup butter
6 pepperoncini peppers
4 cups beef broth
24 oz bag Reames Frozen Egg Noodles
Instructions:
Place the beef roast in a 6-quart slow cooker.
Sprinkle the Ranch Dressing Mix and Brown Gravy Mix over the roast.
Place the butter on top of the roast, then arrange the pepperoncini peppers around it.
Pour the beef broth around the edges of the roast.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until the roast is fork-tender.
Once cooked, use two forks to shred the roast into the juices, mixing well to combine.
Add the frozen egg noodles to the slow cooker, stirring to ensure they are submerged in the liquid.
Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes to 1 hour, or until the noodles are tender.

Broccoli & Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast

Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in half and butterflied (sliced through the middle but not all the way through, to make a pocket)
1 ยฝ cups steamed broccoli
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
ยฝ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cubed Velveeta for a smoother sauce)
2 tablespoons cream cheese
ยฝ cup shredded cheddar cheese (not a typo, another ยฝ cup)
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
Make Cheese Sauce:

Melt butter in a small saucepan, then add flour and stir well.
Gradually add milk, whisking constantly to avoid lumps.
Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, stirring continuously until thickened.
Stir in ยฝ cup cheddar cheese and cream cheese until melted.
Add ยผ cup of the steamed broccoli and mix well.
Prepare the Chicken:
