Just ran a other 10 drums of Wildflower Honey into 5 gallon buckets. It's tested out at 16.8% moisture and 37mm on the Pfund Scale for color. The color is a light ELA / Extra Light Amber, almost high end white. White is 18mm - 34mm on the Pfund Scale. It's a mild flavor Wildflower. Come stock up while this run lasts. It can help get some of you through until this years crop comes in.

Marshmallow pollination is something I have never done. There are not may growers in the few states my bees visit.
