The harvest continues, the storm last night knocked a lot of my tomato plants down and tomatoes were everywhere.

Feet are hurting but got some canning done today. Refrigerator pickles dill and sweet. Canned up chicken and turkey left...

Feet are hurting but got some canning done today. Refrigerator pickles dill and sweet. Canned up chicken and turkey leftovers from our farm raised birds to add in soups this winter. Canned up the last of the carrots and my favorite canned carmalized onions from our onion harvest.

26 quart bags, 22lbs of corn headed to the freezer. 🌽 We have eaten our fill of sweet corn.

Harvested some beets and carrots today. Beets were canned up as pickled beets and carrots were washed and going to be used for dinner this week. I noticed carrot weevils getting into a couple of my carrots so I may pull the rest and reseed more carrots.

Little harvest this beautiful morning ☀️
Tomatoes, cucumbers (yes ones white) trying a new variety, broccoli-fun fact after you harvest your broccoli head leave the plant in the ground. Small shoots grow and are perfect for collecting for winter broccoli cheddar soup. Small onions that grew in the greenhouse, and lots of herbs. Holy Basil, parsley, oregano and thyme. One of out peaches fell from the tree but is not fully ripe yet so it will sit on the counter until Mr Jack and I fight over it 😁

This is a small portion of the celery I’m growing this year. This seems to be the perfect weather for celery lol
