A couple events we had the honor catering for, a Wapato dairy employee appreciation party in September and this month a job site appreciation lunch bbq at the Northwest Harvest construction site ran by Tri-Ply Construction.

What do you get when a bunch of guys who love to smoke food start talking smack about whose smoked food is the best? Welcome to the 1st annual Cowiche Backyard BBQ Smoke Off. 8 smokers showed up Friday to present their best pulled pork, chicken thighs, and pork ribs Saturday afternoon. With the help of 4 awesome judges our winner walked away with a truly legit trophy and some cash on top of it all. Thank you everyone who came out and made it a success! You better believe we’re already planning next year’s event!
