Every Wednesday during the growing season between 9am-11am I deliver seasonal blooms to local florist on my bucket run.

I load up my vehicle with the best blooms I have for the week and local florist shop out of my vehicle.

If you are a local florist and would like to be added to my bucket run list email your business name, address and resale license to [email protected]. I’ll also send over my price list.

This post started from being sick and these lovely Madame Butterfly Snapdragons!

I told myself I was going to have fresh flowers in my bedroom and bathroom this 2026 growing season so I can enjoy the beauty of all my hard work. But I haven’t done a very good job of sticking to it.

This week I have been fighting a cold so working the field was really hard. I would sleep when I wasn’t coughing then outside I would go to harvest an abundance of beautiful flowers. Flowers I would be so excited to have any other time but this week was hard!

So I brought these snapdragons inside so I could enjoy their sweet fragrance and beauty. What I didn’t expect was each time I would see them I would smile and feel so much joy. Forgetting about my cough, lack of sleep or all the work I still needed to get done. I just enjoyed them in the moment when I needed them most.

This is what flowers do for us! Flowers celebrate life, death, weddings, just because, I love you, I’m sorry you had a hard day, get better soon, graduations, I could go on and on.

But there will always be that one person that will say “ I don’t like flowers, they are just going to die”.

This makes me so sad. I really want to give them a hug and say “I’m sorry they hurt you”

Reality is we are all going to die. So shouldn’t it be the most beautiful, loved and adventurous life we can give each other?

I think YES!

So pick the flowers, plant the seeds, buy the flowers, give someone you love the flowers or even a stranger but most importantly give yourself the flowers!

You deserve a lifetime of love, happiness, joy, and lots of adventures.

Grow Wyld!

This week I have been fighting a cold but there was still lots of things to get done on the farm.

The sunflowers are in abundance and the lilies are only going to be here for one more week and then gone for 2026.

Rudbeckia, snapdragons, ammi, Bupleurum, nigella, and cress are some of the additional blooms in this week’s bouquets!

Stand is stocked Thursday and Friday 11am-3pm.

little heads up, flower friends!

The farm stand will be closed June 11–17 while I head out of town to celebrate the biggest milestone — my daughter's graduation! She worked so hard for this and I could not be more proud.

I will be back and blooming by June 18, with plenty of summer flowers waiting for you. Thank you so much for your understanding and support — it means the world to this little farm.

Grow Wyld!

A little interplanting of dahlias and sunflowers that have been successfully.

I learned this from Jenny Love and will continue to leave my dahlias in the ground and interplant with early spring and summer flowers
