Our goal from the start with this set of litters has never been to win all the shows. We wanted to be competitive, sure. But it’s never been about chasing a banner.
Instead, our goal last fall was to find motivated young people who would feed and show our animals to the best of their ability, put in the necessary work, and represent our farm well.
Lake, you have done that EXACTLY, and exceded our expectations with your investment with your project. Yes, porka wasn’t the judges preferred type. But as a showman, YOU were! Congratulations on earning champion junior showman!
We are SO proud of you, but even more, we hope you’re proud of yourself.
Next year, let’s go for some purple 🙂.
