Another step closer to our retail store opening!

Today we had our custom designed retail counter delivered and it made it all seem so close.

Did you know that if you are a vendor at AK you will have the option to sell your products at a retail store ATTACHED to the kitchen?

Imagine you are a food truck or a catering company with a weekend event. You are prepping for the big day at AK of course. But it gets better! You prep extra to package and place in the retail store just steps away from your prep table. Now imagine customers coming in buy your packaged food and learn they can book your food truck to sell that exact same meal at an event they are planning. What a great story!

We are officially set up with The Food Corridor- the # 1 software for shared commercial kitchen spaces. This user-friendly website will make it simple to communicate with us, book hours/equipment, etc! We are busy uploading all of our resources to the account and trialing it out for ourselves before we start to on-board our vendors. Food Corridor will be our not-so-scary bridge between management and vendors!

Starting this process now so that once construction is done there will be no hold-ups for you all to get in there and use the kitchen!
