Continuing the celebration of dairy month by stopping being lazy and feeding extra milk to the chickens and actually DOING something with it!

On the menu today:

● Whole Milk Ricotta
● Naturally Sweetened Vanilla Yogurt

Next up is spreadable cheese and more yogurt 😋

Hopefully the chickens won't be mad I'm using *their* milk. They've been giving me 23-26 eggs a day. And we only have 27 chickens 😱 that's good numbers right there. They ramped up from 18-20/day once I started giving them the milk. The other day I had 26 eggs, and 2 were double yolkers. That's 28 yolks from 27 chickens LOL good girls!!

Potato tower update: the new tower with moving the cut potatoes close to the edge is doing much better growing out the sides! The original ones are growing out of the tops great, but there's probably not much on the bottom layers! I think we got the technique figured out now and next time they should go perfectly 😊 can't wait to harvest and see how they've done!!
