Tortellini lasagna this week, let me know if you want a plate 😁

Cheese tortellini with my family red sauce, layered with ground Italian sausage, ricotta cheese and parmesan reggiano, little mozzarella on top for the cheese pull. Comes with garlic bread (1) and chocolate chip cookies (2). 15$ per plate.

Spaghetti noodles with traditional 8hr sauce that has ran in my family from Naples,Italy for over 100 years!

I carmalize and brown up Italian sausage on a skillet, preboil the riblets to skim the fat for a fresh taste and let them both simmer In the sauce for a little over 8 hours.

Comes with two homemade chocolate chip cookies, a slice of Parmesan garlic toast and a water bottle. 15$ per plate.

✨ the riblets do have bones please be careful while eating✨

🫙 Jars of sauce are 8$ for a 16oz jar. Stable in your fridge for up to two weeks or you can seal in an airtight ziplock bag,lay flat, and store in your freezer for up to two months! 🫙

PRICES:: 12$ for a plate with plain sauce, NO MEAT.
