Ingredients:
- 3-4 lb chuck roast
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet Italian dressing mix
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup water
- 4-6 medium potatoes, quartered (optional)
- 4-5 medium carrots, peeled and cut into chunks (optional)
- 1 medium onion, quartered (optional)
Directions:
1. Start by placing the chuck roast right at the bottom of your slow cooker—this is where the magic happens!
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ranch dressing mix, Italian dressing mix, and brown gravy mix. Add in the beef broth and water, then whisk until it’s perfectly smooth.
3. Pour that delicious seasoning mixture evenly over your roast, letting it soak all that flavor in.
4. If you’re feeling a bit veggie-inspired, toss the quartered potatoes, carrots, and onion around the roast for a complete meal.
