Getting some coarse ground pepper and paprika on the smoker, along with some Dubliner and Coastal rugged Cheddar. Spices will be $5 for a shaker jar, and the cheeses will $5 for dubliner, $10 for the larger Coastal and $7 for the slightly smaller Coastal. This batch of cheese will be available September 23rd.
