As I reflect on this journey, I am filled with gratitude for every person who has supported Da-Greenz over the years. What began as a passion for growing fresh, nutrient-dense food has become something far more meaningful because of all of you.
I have never been driven by money. My goal has always been simple: to grow the freshest products possible and share them with my community. Seeing people enjoy what I grow, hearing your stories, and knowing that these tiny plants are making a difference in your lives has been one of the greatest rewards.
But much has changed since 2019. Seeds, growing supplies, packaging, utilities, and virtually every aspect of operating a small business have changed dramatically over the years. My commitment, however, has not.
In order to continue providing the same quality, the same care, and the same same-day freshness that have always been the heart of Da-Greenz, I will be making some necessary adjustments moving forward. These changes are not about building a fortune, but about ensuring that I can continue doing what I love and serving this wonderful community for many years to come.
I remain committed to growing with integrity, gratitude, and a genuine passion for providing the freshest products possible.
Thank you for believing in me. Thank you for supporting local agriculture. And thank you for allowing me to do something I truly love.

I have spent much of my life alone.
Not lonely, necessarily. Just alone.
Alone with my thoughts. Alone with my memories. Alone with questions that never seem to have complete answers.
I have seen people at their best and at their worst. I have watched life begin and I have watched it end. I have witnessed kindness that restored my faith in humanity and cruelty that nearly destroyed it. Through all of it I have carried one question:
What does it mean to be a good man?
When I was younger, I thought goodness was something you achieved. A destination. A title. Something a person could earn and then keep forever.
I no longer believe that.
Now I think goodness is a direction.
A choice made every morning when the sun rises.
A decision to tell the truth when lies would be easier.
A decision to help when walking away would be more convenient.
A decision to remain gentle in a world that rewards hardness.
I have made mistakes. Some small. Some large enough that I still carry them. There are things I wish I had done differently. Things I wish I had said. Things I wish I had understood sooner.
But life only moves in one direction.
Yesterday cannot be changed.
The only thing any of us truly possess is the opportunity to decide who we will be today.
So I plant seeds.
Not because I believe I will change the world.
But because every seed is an act of faith.
Faith that life is worth continuing.
Faith that something good can grow.
Faith that tomorrow deserves a chance.
If my life means anything, I hope it is not measured by money, accomplishments, or recognition.
I hope it is measured by the people I helped when they needed it.
The suffering I reduced.
The kindness I left behind.
And if, when my journey ends, the world is even slightly gentler because I was here, then perhaps that is enough.
Perhaps that has always been enough. 💚
