Honored and grateful to the Yuma Sun for featuring E7Eight Tap Co. and sharing our story!

This project has been a labor of love, inspired in large part by my daughter, Mia. I wanted to show her that with hard work, determination, and a willingness to chase your dreams, anything is possible.

Thank you to the Yuma Sun and everyone who has supported this journey. We’re just getting started. 🚒❤️

This Memorial Day 2026, I participated in a hike at Telegraph Pass wearing full firefighter gear to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

A big shoutout to Mr. Dale Dumo and the Travis Manion Foundation for leading this meaningful event and handing out “Honor & Remember Our Fallen Heroes” cards for participants to carry up the mountain in honor of a fallen service member.

The hike served as a powerful reminder that freedom comes at a cost. It was an opportunity to come together as a community to remember, reflect, and carry forward the legacy of our nation’s heroes. 🇺🇸

Quick wipe down on Engine 78 while it’s down for maintenance. Lots of progress made both on the tap system as well as the truck. Thank you to everyone that continues following the build. Not sponsored or anything but been using chemical guys products for years on my personal vehicles. Now I get to use it on my very own 48 year old vintage fire truck!😎🚒

This EMS Week, we honor the EMTs, paramedics, dispatchers, firefighters, nurses, medics, and every first responder who answers the call when others need help the most.

Your courage, sacrifice, compassion, and commitment does not go unnoticed. Thank you for serving our communities day and night. 🚑🔥⚕️

From all of us at E7Eight Tap Co. — thank you for everything you do.

It’s been a little quiet on here while the truck’s been down for maintenance—but we’re still moving forward. Big things coming soon!👀

Showing up for the Superhero 5K in full fire gear was a reminder that being a “superhero” is really about service, commitment, and community.

Grateful to support the Children’s Museum of Yuma County and be part of an event that brings the community together for a great cause.

Proud to represent the fire service and E7Eight Tap Co.

Awesome job to all the superhero’s that showed up.🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️👨🏻‍🚒

Big Red is coming along!🚒🔥

We made some solid progress and cleaned things up by removing the old decals — nothing beats that classic fire engine red showing through.

Next upgrade... we ditched the old heavy steel wheels and upgraded to Accuride aluminum wheels🤩
paired with freshZenna tires for a clean, sharp look.

Huge thank you to Southern Tire Mart Yuma for the quick turnaround and taking care of us.

This build is just getting started... stay tuned.👀🔥

Hi everyone, my name is Raul. I was born and raised in Yuma, AZ.

l've been a full-time firefighter/EMT for the past 10 years, and for the last 2 years l've also served part-time with the City of San Luis Fire Department. Even after all this time, every day still feels like my first day on the job. - it's an incredible honor to serve my community.

The idea of turning a vintage fire truck into a mobile tap truck started about 5 years ago. It stayed in the back of my mind until I finally pulled the trigger in November of 2025. That's when E7Eight Tap Co was created. From it starting out as a business idea to now seeing it come to life is exciting.

The "E" in E7Eight stands for Engine 78 - the 1978 Pierce pumper behind it all.

This truck originally came from the state of Ohio, I'm still uncovering the history behind what department it once served Now it's being transformed into a fully self-contained mobile tap truck - 8 taps, onboard generator power, and a nitrogen and COz system that allows for a wide variety of drinks on tap.
From nitro for smooth, creamy pours, to COz for crisp, carbonated options.

Just like a fire truck is a rolling toolbox prepared for any type of incident, this build is designed the same way - versatile, ready for any setting, and built to pull up and extinguish thirst.🚒🔥

We're still in the build phase, but this is just the beginning.
Follow along and watch it come to life.
