Hi everyone, my name is Raul. I was born and raised in Yuma, AZ.
l've been a full-time firefighter/EMT for the past 10 years, and for the last 2 years l've also served part-time with the City of San Luis Fire Department. Even after all this time, every day still feels like my first day on the job. - it's an incredible honor to serve my community.
The idea of turning a vintage fire truck into a mobile tap truck started about 5 years ago. It stayed in the back of my mind until I finally pulled the trigger in November of 2025. That's when E7Eight Tap Co was created. From it starting out as a business idea to now seeing it come to life is exciting.
The "E" in E7Eight stands for Engine 78 - the 1978 Pierce pumper behind it all.
This truck originally came from the state of Ohio, I'm still uncovering the history behind what department it once served Now it's being transformed into a fully self-contained mobile tap truck - 8 taps, onboard generator power, and a nitrogen and COz system that allows for a wide variety of drinks on tap.
From nitro for smooth, creamy pours, to COz for crisp, carbonated options.
Just like a fire truck is a rolling toolbox prepared for any type of incident, this build is designed the same way - versatile, ready for any setting, and built to pull up and extinguish thirst.🚒🔥
We're still in the build phase, but this is just the beginning.
Follow along and watch it come to life.
