We made the difficult decision to sell our food trailer last year. Our primary reason was due to the time that was spent away from our little ones. When absolutely everything is made from scratch, it is extremely time consuming, and quality was never something we were never willing to compromise on because our brand was built on delicious and quality made BBQ you could count on. With two little ones, a full time job, time spent purchasing food, making all sauces, rubs, and sides in-house, made for a very almost impossible time-intensive process.

Thank you to absolutely everyone who supported us on our journey! We met the kindest, most amazing people and cherish each of our interactions with you. We are grateful for each and every one of you!

It has been an honor to cook for you, Zanesville and surrounding areas!

Thank you SO much to everyone who attended Picklefest 2025 yesterday! 💚 It was a total success supporting the amazing non-profit, Foodworks Alliance! If you stopped by our trailer yesterday, we cannot thank you enough! The fact that you chose to share a meal with us is an honor we don't take lightly.

Everything we make is made from scratch, and the amount of preparation, and time that goes into cooking all of the food, and making all of our sauces, is a huge undertaking. However, we know that is the only way to achieve that homemade taste!

Thank you again to everyone for your support! We are grateful for YOU! 💛

ALL are welcome to attend this amazing event on Saturday, July 26th! Learn about all the remarkable work Foodworks Alliance does for our community, participate in the fun run or pickleball tournament, and visit with all the awesome vendors that will be set up!

Zanesville Barbeque Company will be ready to serve you delicious, made-from-scratch BBQ foods for all of your lunch and dessert needs! 🥰
