Picole Farms Picole Farms is a family run farm with sheep, chickens, and guineas for the love of agriculture and the values a farming lifestyle ensures.

Picole Farms is a small family farm located in Zebulon, North Carolina. Owner/operators Carrie Pickworth Poole and Daniel Poole started this farm for their 3 children to be involved in animal agriculture. Our unique farm name, Picole, is a combination of the first 3 letter (PIC) of Carrie's and last letters (OLE) Daniel's surnames to honor the agricultural upbringing of both of our families. The f

arm focuses on raising and showing high quality wether type Dorset and Dorset Advantage sheep. They are also building a small Murray Grey cattle herd and raise chickens and turkeys.

The GTBNC Sheep & Goat sale has been discontinued this year, therefore we are offering lambs via private treaty.

Spring Lambs were born January through March and we are starting to wean them to go to new showmen.

All Picole Farm lambs are Got to be NC Eligible.
