PRESENTATION ON MD2 PINEAPPLE IN VIETNAM

Today, I am pleased to introduce one of the premium pineapple varieties currently being developed in Vietnam – MD2 Pineapple.
1. Introduction to MD2 Pineapple:
MD2, also known as the “Golden Pineapple”, originally comes from Hawaii and Costa Rica. It is globally recognized for its sweet flavor, low fiber, strong aroma, and long shelf life. This variety is highly favored in premium markets such as Europe, the U.S., South Korea, and Japan.
2. MD2 Cultivation in Vietnam:
In Vietnam, MD2 has been introduced and cultivated on a growing scale in provinces like D**g Thap, An Giang, Tay Ninh, and Lam D**g, which offer suitable climate and soil conditions. Farmers and companies are gradually applying advanced farming standards such as GlobalG.A.P. to target export markets.
3. Competitive Advantages:
