Xin Chao!

Updated products for this week. As some of you know, I finally added kimchi to the menu.

Peri Peri sauce. Great for BBQ chicken and prawns. Even works as a good base to make ceviche!

80k - 250ml bottle
140k - 2 x 250ml bottles

Kimchi. Sweet, sour, with a touch of heat goes great with a bowl of hot rice or in an early morning omelette.

Midweek Madness!

Feeling a bit stressed out? Work cramping your style?

Yeahhhh I feel you, Wednesdays are always a bit crazy, but, on the bright side, that sweet sweet weekend is just so much closer!

So if you're planning on letting loose, lighting up a fire, and want to get those spicey chicken wings grillin', then look no further.

Peri Peri, a sweet, spicy, and tangy hot sauce originating from Southern Africa is the perfect match to those red hot coals and juicy wings!

If you're not a meat eater, there's no need to feel left out, peri peri also goes great as a marinade for roasted veggies, even a couple of spoonfuls into your pasta will help pick it up a notch ;)

A Portuguese influenced chilli sauce originating from Southern Africa utilizing red hot bird's eye chillies, roasted bell peppers, tons of garlic and rounded off with fresh lime juice has all the right notes of spicy, sweet and tangy.

Aaaaaand it goes great with just about anything!

Bloody Mary's? Yep, throw a teaspoon in.

Grilling some chicken wings? Marinade them over night.

Having a seafood broil? Hell, dunk that white meat into a bowl of Peri Peri!

Italian night? Throw a spoon into your Arrabbiata sauce!

I sell by 250ml jars and do delivery all over Saigon once a week (typically Fridays).

Hey ho!

Firstly I'd just like to excuse my, uhhh, radio silence this week. I've been hard at it working on a new product which shall be ready in two weeks!

Can you guess what it is? Maybe you can, maybe you can't, aaaand you've probably looked at the photos already.

Anyway, let me introduce to you my new baby, Vin-Chi! It's like Kimchi, but made in Vietnam. Get it? Yeah, kinda lame but catchy. I like it. You could also elaborate a bit further and be like "Da Vin-Chi" because like food is art and Da Vinci was a famous artist right?

Anyway, this is going to be a 3 day fermented kimchi so it's going to develop all of those spicey, sour, sweet, salty and umami flavours. This batch will be ready after 2 weeks of resting in the fridge and all those lactobacillus probiotics are going to be allowed to form and do their thing!

So, feel free to message me for pre orders.

Hot Damn!

What a day!

Spent the day, slaving behind the stove, cooking and bottling almost 20L of Peri Peri.

Damn near lost an eye too when a cheeky little chunk of chilli splashed into my eye!

Anyway, these are now ready for sale and shipping!

I've also decided to have a little competition. In one of these bottles lies a whole Thai red. There he slumbers just waiting for the chosen one to find and consume him!

I'm back with vengeance, actually feeling quite 'spicy' today, and a desire to get to add that kick to your day!

So after a few months hiatus, due to lockdowns and restrictions etc, I'm cooking up batches of peri peri sauce again!

But don't worry, it wasn't time wasted, it was spent on perfecting my sauce as best I could.

I'm now taking orders for delivery on Mon/Tues depending on the how many orders I can collect by then and I will be continuing to make fresh batches each and every week after that.

Current prices are:

80k x 1 250ml bottle
140k x 2 250ml bottles (20k discount)

Deliveries will be in Saigon only and fees will be finalized day before delivery.
