After more than two decades as a chef in Canada, my wife and I decided to settle in Ho Chi Minh City—a place I fell in love with after many visits and where she was born and raised. Inspired by my family’s cooking roots and a deep passion for creating honest, humble food, I wanted to bring authentic Italian sauces made with care and tradition to the people of Saigon. Each sauce is prepared fresh daily, with flavor and authenticity as the highest priorities. We promise to stay true to our values and source only high-quality, wholesome ingredients, so that you can feel as if you are at a fine restaurant every time you enjoy them at home—needing only minimal preparation time to savor a delicious Italian meal. ✨Ciao, xin chào, hello from Zanello Sugo

Tụi mình không biết phải bắt đầu từ đâu ngoài hai chữ cảm ơn.

Cảm ơn mọi người đã đồng hành cùng Zanello Sugo, từ những ngày bán online, những phiên chợ cuối tuần, đến những buổi pop-up đầy ắp những cuộc trò chuyện và nụ cười. Nhờ có mọi người mà một ý tưởng nhỏ đã trở thành một hành trình thật đẹp.

Sau tuần này, tụi mình sẽ chính thức khép lại Zanello Sugo. Tụi mình vẫn sẽ nhận những đơn hàng cuối cùng đến hết thứ Bảy (04/07), nên nếu có thể, ghé tụi mình thêm một lần nhé. ❤️

Cảm ơn vì đã yêu thương tụi mình nhiều đến vậy. Hẹn gặp lại ở một hành trình nào đó trong tương lai.

Thank you for being part of Zanello Sugo’s journey—from our little online shop, to flea markets, and finally our pop-ups. Every order, every visit, every conversation, and every bit of support meant so much to us. You turned a small dream into something truly special.

After this week, we’ll be closing this chapter. We’ll be taking our final orders until Saturday, July 4, and we’d love to cook for you one last time. ❤️

✨Ciao, xin chào mọi người, tụi mình là Zanello Sugo đây❤️

Cảm ơn mọi người đã luôn dành thật nhiều yêu thương và ủng hộ cho tụi mình trong suốt thời gian vừa qua.

Mới đó mà đã hơn 4 tháng kể từ ngày tụi mình bắt đầu thử sức với những buổi pop-up. Mỗi lần có dịp gặp trực tiếp, tụi mình lại được lắng nghe những câu chuyện dễ thương, những lời động viên chân thành và nhận về thật nhiều sự yêu thương. Chính những điều đó đã tiếp thêm rất nhiều động lực, để tụi mình biết rằng mình không hề đơn độc trên hành trình này.

Và rồi cũng đến lúc khép lại một chặng đường thật đẹp.

Pop-up vào thứ Bảy cuối tuần này tại Trap Space sẽ là buổi pop-up cuối cùng của Zanello Sugo trong một khoảng thời gian. Thật sự không biết đến bao giờ tụi mình mới lại có dịp nấu cho mọi người ăn, nhưng tụi mình hứa, nếu có cơ hội quay trở lại, tụi mình sẽ trở về với một phiên bản chỉn chu hơn, trưởng thành hơn và vững vàng hơn.

Nếu cuối tuần này mọi người có thời gian, tụi mình rất mong được gặp lại mọi người thêm một lần nữa, cùng ăn một dĩa mì, cùng trò chuyện đôi chút và khép lại hành trình này bằng thật nhiều kỷ niệm đẹp.

There’s truly nothing like the taste and texture of freshly extruded pasta — the way it hugs and holds the sauce is simply unmatched. Our malfadine is the perfect example: those beautiful ruffled edges are designed to catch every drop of rich sauce, especially our slow-cooked Ragù Bolognese.

Mì Ý tươi truyền thống tạo hình bằng khuôn đồng mang đến một trải nghiệm rất khác — mềm mại nhưng vẫn có độ chắc, với bề mặt giúp sốt bám đều vào từng đường cong. Malfadine thể hiện điều đó rõ nhất. Những viền gợn sóng tinh tế giúp giữ trọn vị sốt, khiến nó trở thành “người bạn đồng hành” hoàn hảo của Ragù Bolognese đậm đà.

Là món được nấu khi cả nhà quây quần, khi tiếng cười vang lên trong căn bếp, khi ai đó muốn nói “ti amo” mà không cần nói thành lời.

Tuần cuối của năm Âm lịch, ai cũng bận rộn lo lắng đủ điều — để tụi mình lo phần ăn cho bạn nhé ❤️

Lasagna Bolognese vẫn luôn sẵn sàng, đậm đà, đầy đặn và ấm áp.

Và tuần này, tụi mình có thêm “Year End Special: Lasagna chay”1 — nhẹ nhàng, tròn vị và đầy đủ hương vị.
