We love being a space for food-loving friends around the world to discover, taste, and learn about Vietnamese artisanal products and the people behind them.

Recently, a loyal guest who fell in love with an award-winning Vietnamese rhum at one of our tastings asked us to arrange a private distillery visit with the maker for him and his friends—so we did.

From learning about Mekong Delta sugarcane and the craft of 100% fresh sugarcane juice rhum (Agricole) to hand-waxing bottles and hearing the brand’s story straight from the maker, it was a truly special experience.

Vietnam is home to world-class products using locally-grown ingredients—from gin and rhum to coffee and chocolate—and we’re excited to keep discovering them while creating deeper, more meaningful experiences for our community to discover, learn and enjoy.

This Tết, we’re pouring one of Vietnam’s most beloved traditions - fermented fruit liqueurs, in collaboration with 𝐌𝐚̂̀𝐦 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐲 in Hanoi.

From golden apricot from the North of Vietnam, a Lunar New Year staple, to a special limited-edition Spiced Apricot, this tasting celebrates the drinks that quietly appear on tables once a year, poured for guests and shared slowly.

Hosted by 𝐉𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧 and created in partnership with 𝐌𝐚̂̀𝐦 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐲, this experience dives into the stories, symbolism, and craft behind these liqueurs plus a hands-on moment where you’ll make your own simple cocktail and learn how to enjoy them at home.

We recently turned milk into a playground for creativity 🥛✨

As part of the opening of Vinamilk’s Experience Store, we created a first-of-its-kind Milk Bar — starting with Vinamilk products everyone knows and can easily find, then turning them into playful, creative drinks that guests genuinely loved.

✨ From kombucha, to sweet corn matcha lattes, to cloudy berry and phở-spiced chai, each recipe was designed to be simple, approachable, and totally doable at home.

As always, guests got hands-on and made their own milk-tails, discovering how just a few small twists can transform familiar flavours into something new and exciting 🥛

This special opening experience was all about showing how everyday ingredients can spark creativity — and creating a space where people come together to make, taste, and share.
