"幸福堅果"最初開始於，尋找美味，健康與無負擔的食物，來給親愛的家人，乃至於更多的親朋好友分享，單純就是一個好東西與大家分享的心情...^^

有鑑於現在食品安全與化學添加物的氾濫，於是便開始了這一段尋找...

由於是給自己與身邊的親朋好友吃的，因此在食材的挑選上當然是對身體越健康越無負擔的越好，不使用較低成本，卻對身體有健康疑慮的食材，寧可壓縮利潤，提高成本，也要給大家更健康的食品。
所以，食材成本一開始就不是最重要的考量，而是自己與家人，朋友的健康。

於是我們有了幸福的生活

所以我們取名為"幸福堅果"...^^
