Back with another chicken recipe because chicken breasts are a weeknight staple around here & they can easily get boring! Here is my Balsamic Chicken Recipe - works for breasts or thighs

MARINADE PER 1 LB CHICKEN (I like to prep in the morning so it has 5-7 hours to absorb all the flavor! 👇🏼
✔️ 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
✔️ 1 Tbsp Honey
✔️ 1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar (a good balsamic makes all the difference)
✔️ Few Shakes of Sea Salt, Garlic Powder, & Onion Powder

Cook on a hot skillet on both sides to your liking!

Pasta Primavera 🫛🍅🥦

Love this simple spring recipe for a side dish or even a main when you want something plant-based! Sub in the veggies of your choice or use up whatever you have in the fridge!

RECIPE:
• sauté your veggies together:
- 1 container of halved cherry tomatoes
- head of chopped up broccoli
- 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen peas
• add 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic
• combine with your pasta of choice (reserve some pasta water)
• drizzle a generous amount of good olive oil
• sprinkle in breadcrumb, nutritional yeast, & add in your pasta water slowly (i like to do it simultaneously with the nutritional yeast)
• salt to taste
• let cook a few minutes together then enjoy!
