Famous OL’ Brands with GMO Hi, And welcome all Granolas, Earth Dogs, Tree Huggers, et al! I like natural things. Natural color hair, natural skin, sans make up… Sans CRAP.

Now, I gotta fess up, I drink lots of soda. Pretty sure that “high fructose corn syrup” is GMO. I’m a lifelong, 62 year old ju**ie as to such, I want to hear no further about it. Meanwhile, as I search for better and better foods, and find more and more - good - old – Sometimes lifelong respected name brands, at least one with the word “nature“ in its brand name, that contain GMO … Well, here am I.

Here is our first ever list of old, long respected name brands that contain GMO – as of last ingredient reading from their package, circa spring 2022:
1) Ritz crackers
2) Goldfish crackers
3) Nature Valley Granola cereal ...Perhaps, Nature Valley ... everything?

I noticed that the “about“ section doesn’t seem to stand out clearly as you open this page, at least such is so on my antiquated iPhone. So, I re-issue it here, as our first ever post:
