There will be no meal prep the next week (September 27th) due to the annual FISD Education Foundation Gala! But I’ll be back in action for October 4th! 🙌🤗

It was an incredible day The Market in Floresville and we sold just about everything we made! Being in the big kitchen was a great experience and I couldn’t have gotten through today without the help of my sister and hubby. I hope everyone enjoyed everything and we look forward to seeing everyone again soon! 🤗🙏🙌

Saturday is going to be so much fun! The Wilson County Car Club will be showing off their amazing cars all day! The Peanut Festival Blood Drive will be happening so come donate and do some shopping with over 140 vendors!! 😱🤯🤩

Teachers! Come early and grab your FREE market swag bags while supplies last!

The market will be a little different for me this month since I will be able to set up in the large kitchen area inside the grand ballroom! If you can guess how many pounds & ounces this cake weighs (with box and cake board) without going over… you get a choice of a free meal prep meal or breakfast box off this week’s menu!

This cake is a 10”, 4 layer banana pecan with cream cheese frosting. 🍌😋

Rules: Guess must not go over in weight (pounds and ounces, yes there are tenths of ounces in the pic as well). If you win, your item of choice must be picked up on Sunday between 4-5pm. If you cannot make that timeframe, the next closest winner will get to choose so please let me know asap if that doesn’t work for you.

A fan favorite is on the meal prep menu this week…Mediterranean Chicken and Quinoa Bowls! A savory Greek yogurt marinated chicken breast on top of fluffy quinoa, fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, chick peas, kidney beans, red onion, and topped with crumbled feta and cilantro. Served with a homemade Greek dressing! 😋🥒🍅🐓🫘🧅

Another meal prep Sunday in the books! Didn’t get pics everything as I was trying to finish up by 4pm, but got over 100 meals total made today including breakfast grazing boxes! 🙌🤗 Thank you all for your orders and continued support! It makes all of the late nights and early mornings not feel like a job, but a way to spread the love. I’ll be posting next weeks menu tomorrow. 😘
