❤️ Sabudana Vadas ❤️
(Tapioca/ Sago cutlets)

My first trial on this beautiful dish!!

Ingredients :
*Sago/Tapioca / Sabudana ,
Soak them for 3 to 4 hours and the water later .
* Boiled Potato (It acts as a binding for the sago )
*Roast the peanuts and grind them .Make sure they are not grinded to a fine powder .
*Green chillies , curry leaves , ginger , lemon , coriander .
*Salt /sainda namak
*Chilly powder(Some ingredients I forgot as usual 😅 in editing )
*Oil (Any vegetable oil )
Procedure : * Drain the water from the soaked sabudana.
*Peel the potatoes and chop all the above veggies n green leafy into finely chopped pieces
* Mix all the ingredients , salt and chily powder according to your taste land make it into a good consistency
* Make small circular vadas and keep them aside
* Put on the kadai on stove , pour the oil into the kadai and when you see the fumes coming out of the oil , put the vadas and cook them till its golden brown.
* 😍😍 Serve them hot with plain yoghurt
Hot and crispy Sabudana vadas ❤️❤️ are ready to be served .
Can be served as a snack during the tea time with a
