We are very excited to be venturing into this new territory with our state-inspected pork cuts.

This is absolutely crazy, one of our sows had a bunch of babies last night. There wasn't below 0° temps or a rain storm and or 200° outside.

You all have asked and it has finally happened. We have State Inspected individual cuts of pork available for sale.

Breakfast Sauage Roll- $5.00 each
Cured Bacon- $6.00 per package
Shoulder Blade Steak- $10.00 per package
Pork Loin Chops- $9.00 per package
Cheddar Brats- $10.00 per package
Ham Steaks- $10.00 per package
Also available, but no pics (because they are at the bottom of the freezers)
Jowl- $5.00 per package
Ham- $20.00 each (2 available)
Bacon ends & pieces-$5.00 per package

We take cash, cash app, Venmo or PayPal. Pickup location & date TBD with each order as we first start this adventure. May set up a weekly pickup date in the future.
