St. Patrick’s Day is celebrated with Corned Beef, Cabbage and Potatoes (Buried underneath all the yummy goodness on top)

Corned Beef cooked in a crockpot for 7 hours
In a beef broth with Garlic, Onions & Honey. Fresh Cabbage tossed in for the last 30 mins of cooking time.

The potatoes were baked in the oven coated in the sauce from the corned beef and Topped with Cabbage at the end.

Birthday Breakfast can be fun loaded with sugar and Protein.

These protein waffles from Kodiak were made with oat milk, eggs and added flax seed to add to the already 14g of protein the mix has.

These healthy waffles were dusted with powdered sugar and rainbow 🌈sprinkles as a special birthday treat for my niece who turns 7 today.

There will not be a new menu posted this Monday so I can celebrate and cook Easter dinner for the family.

All meals are made fresh to order every Sunday and if you would like to order in bulk to make up for the week I won’t be cooking.... everything would freeze beautifully.
