And that’s us done!

A fantastic weekend at great British farm fest chatting to so many lovely people about Longhorn cattle and farming in general.
Enormous thanks to Ben and Bertie at Gentons Pedigrees for providing the bull Gentons Yellowstone and the cow and calf Gentons Vera and Gentons Anna. They were absolute stars.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the stand, we appreciated you taking the time to talk to us when there was so much else to see and do.

The Society is returning to Groundswell Festival this year!

The Groundswell Festival provides a forum for farmers, growers, or anyone interested in food production and the environment to learn about the theory and practical applications of regenerative farming systems.

Held at Lannock Farm, Hitchin, Herts on 1-2 July.

Come and see us on Stand E17 in the Pasture Field to find out how Longhorns will enhance and support your regenerative farming.

Groundswell Festival 2026

In just four short weeks the Society will be at Malvern for the Royal Three Counties Show which is hosting our National Show this year.
Come along on Friday 12 June to watch the breed judging and see the Longhorn National Show Champion crowned!
The Longhorn cattle will also be taking part in other competitions over the three days of the show so there's always a chance to see them in the judging rings, or pop into the cattle lines to see them being prepared or relaxing after their time in the spotlight.
