𝐊𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞 𝐅𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐲 - 𝐍𝐨 𝐂𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐭 / 𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐲 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐲 𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐲

This is an easy and traditional fish curry cooked with kokum star (Kodumpuli)

നല്ല എരിവും പുളിയും ഉള്ള നല്ല അടിപൊളി മീന്‍ കറി എളുപത്തില്‍ എങ്ങിനെ ഉണ്ടാക്കാം എന്ന് നോക്കാം.

Ingredients:
Add 2 small pieces of Kokum Star in some boiling hot water and keep aside for 15 minutes
1/2 Kg fish cleaned and cut
1 tomato sliced
1 onion sliced
4 green chilies slit
8 shallots sliced
3 sprigs curry leaves
2 Tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder
add 4 Tbsp virgin coconut oil
