All meals use only natural and whole ingredients, made with love you can actually taste - and Frozen to lock in the flavours. Breads are fresh and Raw and Ready selection are SUPER healthy! Puy Lentil, Mushroom and Chestnut Ragout – Green speckled lentil simmered long and slow in a studded onion broth with braised chestnut mushroom, shallot and apple cider – folded with steamed chestnut - finished with thyme, garlic, mustard and cold pressed sunflower oil.
Minestrone Casserole – Classic Italian stew with haricot beans, sweet pepper, plum tomato, courgette, carrot, celery and wholegrain rice vermicelli – scented with oregano and smoked paprika - finished with a basil chiffonade, garlic, lemon juice and
cold pressed olive oil.
Chestnut Mushroom and Puy Lentil Lasagne – gluten free pasta sheets layered with a ragout of Portobello mushroom, Puy lentil, plum tomato and red wine – scented with oregano and rosemary - topped and baked with cashew béchamel, cherry tomato and
basil.
Fasolia (Greek butterbean casserole) – Melt-in-the-mouth butterbeans stewed with tomato passata and a soffritto of celery, onion and carrot - scented with cinnamon and oregano - finished with flat parsley, lime, garlic and olive oil. Beautifully simple
and tasty.
Louvi - Star comforter of homely Cypriot cuisine. Tender black eyed beans, chard and courgette gently stewed in a clove studded onion and bay scented broth with wholegrain rice vermicelli – finished with a sharp lemon, garlic and cold pressed oil dressing. Surprisingly tasty for such a simple combination, guaranteed to leave you feeling great.
Moroccan Tagine – Tender chickpeas stewed gently with a soffritto of carrot, celery, onion, tomato, sultanas and turnip - spiced with an authentic North-African homeblend – folded with roasted courgette, aubergine and sweet pepper - finished with chopped coriander, garlic, lime and cold pressed olive oil.
Kerala Chickpea Curry – Melting-soft chickpeas stewed with a red pepper, tomato and onion soffritto - spiced with our freshly ground Masala homeblend – finished with creamed coconut, coriander leaf, lime and garlic.
Sweet and Dark Blackeye Bean Casserole – Tender Blackeye beans braised with carrot, mooli, sweet red pepper, cherry plum tomato, ginger, shallot and Tamari – scented with star anise, cinnamon, bay, thyme and orange zest – finished with orange and lime juice, garlic, a touch of cane molasses and coriander.
Green Thai Chickpea, Sweet Potato and Spinach Curry – Melt-in-the-mouth chickpeas stewed gently in a coconut broth with a soffritto of onion and Romano pepper - infused with lime leaves, lemongrass and galangal - folded with slow roasted sweet potatoes and baby spinach – finished with coriander leaf, garlic and a
dash of lime juice.
Bangkok Red Bean Curry – Creamy red kidney beans simmered in a coconut broth with a soffritto of onion, sweet pepper and tomato - spiced with a homeblend of red chilli, galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaf, shallot, garlic, cumin, coriander and nutmeg - folded with steamed Charlotte potato - finished with spring onion, lime
juice, garlic and coriander leaf.
Vegan Burger Patties x 4 – Surprisingly satisfying and meaty - made with minced chestnut mushroom, onion, sunflower seed, wholegrain Basmati rice, Puy lentil, oats, cassava and beetroot – scented with allspice berry, caraway, sage, oregano and black
pepper - finished with mustard, garlic and apple cider vinegar.
