Health 360 started with a simple idea that God placed on my heart—and if I’m honest, I spent a lot of time wrestling with fear, doubt, and procrastination before finally saying yes.

In this interview, I share the story behind the vision, why obedience mattered more than comfort, and why it was so important to create an experience that addresses not just one area of health, but the spiritual, physical, mental, and financial aspects of our lives.
