After a long hiatus we are bringing this page back to life. Starting at the Diversity Diner in Norton VA. We began with pan fried pork dumplings. These were very tasty and cooked perfectly with just the right amount of crunch and seasoned to provide a rich flavor with a hint of lemon grass. The main course was the Weekend Special House Lomein. the dish is visibly pleasing. The flavors of the shrimp, chicken, noodles, mushrooms, broccoli and leeks were great. The veggies giving the whole dish an earthy feel and taste with the chicken and shrimp providing bursts of seasoned flavor that brings the plate to life.
