繼續做蚵仔料理。這次就做個蚵仔煎跟蚵仔麵線。

蚵仔煎就直接用蚵仔煎粉來做比較方便一點。蚵仔煎過，倒上粉漿，打個蛋，鋪上小白菜。翻面煎熟。擺盤，淋上醬汁即可。

紅麵線比較難找一點。還是可以買的到。紅麵線要先沖洗過，不然之後的湯會變粉白。如果有大腸也可以加。
