The story of Delicious & Sons is a love story. A passionate tale of the romance between people and food – simple, quality food – and this tale will seduce you.
It is the most recent project of Ricky Mandle and Mónica Navarro, two entrepreneurs united in their respect for small producers, for each other, and a passion for the Mediterranean and its cuisine. The Mediterranean itself is a lifestyle, an attitude, a positive way of thinking, taking pleasure in the little things.
And in this story family is fundamental. Because with friends and loved ones we always find ourselves seated around a table. The food unites us, as we help each other face challenges and learn to cherish life’s pleasures.
Because we are what we eat. Delicious & Sons creates high quality, organic products that are honest and appealing. Our products are certified all natural, Organic, Gluten-free, Vegan, Vegetarian and non-GMO without added sugars.
Our delicious products are easy to use and even easier to love. You can taste the Mediterranean, the relaxed gatherings with friends. Lunches, dinners, improvised hors d’oeuvres. The warmth and flavor of that special place – and its people – are in every bite. Delicious & Sons inspires special occasions, but most of all we are your everyday ingredients, the simple detail that elevates the daily routine into a unique, quality experience.
History
We are Ricky and Mónica, the team behind Delicious & Sons. In 2006 we founded Delishop, opened 7 retail stores between Barcelona and Madrid, a cooking school and event space, and exported our products to a number of countries across Europe. We brought the cuisines of the world to people’s homes.
Ten years later, our ideas have evolved and we’ve taken a big step forward to create the brand we’ve always dreamed of. Delicious & Sons is quality and flavor, warmth and passion for authentic Mediterranean food.
The Mediterranean is in our DNA. Monica and the children were born on its shores, in Barcelona, it’s where we live. And eat. While Ricky is originally from New York, the city that still inspires him – along with his other travels – to create exquisite recipes.
A palate steeped in tradition, we introduce Delicious & Sons in accordance with the times, acknowledging the need to normalize quality products and make them widely available in every aspect.
We are proud to share our food with everyone, regardless of dietary needs or age. As a result, our family of products is natural, organic and not genetically modified. This is our way of creating the world we want for our children. And they deserve to enjoy the best that life – and food – has to offer.

Delicious & Sons es una historia de amor, un idilio entre personas y esos alimentos, tan sencillos y de calidad, que producen felicidad.
Es el último proyecto del matrimonio formado por Ricky Mandle y Mónica Navarro, dos emprendedores unidos por el respeto hacia los pequeños productores y por la pasión hacia la gastronomía y el Mediterráneo. Porque Mediterráneo significa un estilo de vida, una actitud y forma de entender en positivo, disfrutando de las pequeñas cosas.
Y en esta historia la familia es una pieza fundamental. Porque une, ayuda, empuja a la hora de afrontar retos y porque con los seres queridos y amigos se celebra siempre en torno a una buena mesa.
Porque la alimentación es salud, nuestros productos son totalmente naturales, certificados ecológicos, sin gluten, veganos, vegetarianos, sin transgénicos ni azúcares añadidos.
Fáciles de usar y tremendamente deliciosos, saben a Mediterráneo, a relajadas reuniones entre amigos, a almuerzos, cenas o picoteos improvisados en los que la nota de color y de sabor es pura calidad. Inspiran ocasiones especiales, pero sobre todo son el ingrediente de cada día, en ese toque que convierte lo cotidiano en una experiencia única.

Delicious & Sons, una Familia de Sabores Auténticamente Mediterraneos. Desde 2006.
Los impulsores somos Ricky Mandle y Mónica Navarro. Crear una firma de alimentación de calidad no es nuevo para nosotros. En 2006, fundamos Delishop, un proyecto de retail con 7 tiendas ubicadas en Barcelona y Madrid, una escuela de cocina y espacio para eventos, y distribuimos a 6 países europeos. Logramos llevar las cocinas del mundo a un buen número de hogares. Diez años después, evolucionamos y damos un gran paso para crear la marca que siempre soñamos.
Delicious & Sons es calidad, es sabor, es cercanía y es pasión por la gastronomía auténtica del Mediterráneo.
Es una marca de alimentación acorde con el momento actual, con la necesidad de normalizar y acercar el producto de calidad en todos los sentidos.
Somos una familia y queremos ampliarla con aquellas personas que se identifiquen con nuestra forma de entender la alimentación. Ésta es nuestra forma de construir el mundo que queremos para nuestros hijos. Y ellos merecen la mejor alimentación. Nos enorgullece que nuestros productos se compartan con todo tipo de hábitos alimenticios y edades. Esa es la confianza que sentimos por lo que hacemos.
Nos fascina el sabor genuino, la versatilidad de un ingrediente y el diseño vanguardista. El Mediterráneo está en nuestro ADN porque Mónica y nuestros hijos han nacido a orillas de él, en Barcelona, donde residimos. La otra mitad, Ricky, es originario de Nueva York, ciudad que le inspira -al igual que multitud de viajes- exquisitas recetas.
