We went to China for breakfast today and I made Jian Bing, asavory Chinese crepe!
I made mine with an egg, green onions, sesame seeds, lettuce, and a spicy sauce (half miso paste and half pickled peppers).
Loved a savory breakfast and this was surprisingly way more filling than I thought it would be. Normally it is served with some kind of crispy cracked inside as well, but I skipped adding that. The crunchy texture would have definitely added some much needed texture.
