Y’all!!! I am SO excited!! I have been working for YEARS trying to create the perfect Macaroni and Cheese recipe! Today, I finally got it!! 🥳 Anyone who knows me knows this is my all time favorite dish! So today is a very happy day. 🤩🙌🏼

Here are some pics of the Ooey- gooey, mouth watering, cheesy delight!! We are calling it Cheese and Macaroni, named after my sweet Aunt Beth who passed on her love of this dish with me and always called it cheese and macaroni instead of macaroni and cheese 🧀 😂

Ok, you know you want one for Thanksgiving!! 😂 Also, my carrot cake, chocolate cake with chocolate ganache, pound cake, apple cake with caramel buttermilk glaze, red velvet, lemon cheese, and pumpkin bread make good Thanksgiving additions! If you get tired of Turkey, my chicken salad and/or pimiento cheese is divine!

Let me know soon if you’d like me to make your family something this year for the Holidays.

Happy Birthday to Papa V🩷 I cannot say just how truly thankful I am to have this amazing man in my life. And he lets me call him my grandfather. He blesses everyone he meets and God smiled on our family when he joined us.

Do you like his cake I made him? He loves golf almost as much as he loves my Mimi😂🤩😍

Who likes Roast, potatoes and carrots, like the old fashioned kind?🙋‍♀️ I use my Great-grandmother’s recipe and people say it tastes just like hers used to taste! Thank you Gran Lucy Estelle!

I also made some cookie cakes this week. The first one is for a very special lady’s birthday. We had such a fun time celebrating Mrs. T!🩷

The second one is one I made for the staff at a local nursing home. My nursing cohort at school had our last clinical day today and we wanted to thank this incredible group of nurses!!

Hello everyone!! I hope you all are doing well. I realized that I haven’t posted since June!! 😩

Time is flying by so here’s a little update from me and some pics to go along with it!

I am now a Junior in college! I just recently started the official nursing program at UM and it’s going great! I am learning so much and it takes an enormous amount of studying but I’m putting in the work! Did I mention how much I’m studying?? 😂👩‍💻🩺💉🩸🩹🌡️🩺🧪📚📚📚📚📚📚📚📚📚📚📚📚📚📚📚📚

I had an amazing summer. I kicked it off with a Disney World trip. It was the first trip to Disney World that I can remember and I loved every minute! It was also my first airplane flight! ✈️ A little scary but also amazing! I spent a lot of time this summer serving as a Montevallo Maven and giving tours on campus to prospective students and their families! I also was an Orientation Leader so I got to help all the new students get acclimated to campus life. I really enjoyed my time helping out on campus. I was also selected to be a Pi Chi. The role of a Pi Chi involved disaffiliating with my sorority and focusing on helping all the new girls who were participating in the Fall recruitment/rush season. Basically, being objective and helping them find the sorority that best suited them. This was a highlight and I loved it so much. On bid day, all the Pi Chi girls rejoined their sorority and we got to reveal to the new girls which sorority we belonged to! They always tried to guess which sorority was ours. 😂 I got to run “home” to my sorority sisters and they were all so sweet to welcome me home!🩷

In August, I turned 20!! I got to celebrate my birthday at the beach with my favorite people! My Mimi even decorated her condo and all the boys decorated my birthday cake! I actually thought they did a great job! What do you think?(see pics) I baked the cake but they decorated it! 🎂

I had such an amazing summer and I’m glad because since school has started, I always have my head in the books! I am still baking as often as I can so if you need something, don’t hesitate to ask. You know I’d love to make you something if I possibly can!

You all have been so good to me and I am so grateful to each one of you who have encouraged me along the way! Thank you so much! I’m including some pics of the summer and also some of my summer baking projects. I hope you like them! Take care, everyone. Love to you all💗

So yesterday was my brother’s 23rd birthday. We had a little party for him and I made him this cake. He is a produce assistant manager for Publix. Hence, all the fruits and veggies on the cake🥦 🥕 🍎
It’s a pull apart cupcake cake…there were vanilla, chocolate, lemon, and strawberry cupcakes! All of the decorations on the cake are edible! Do y’all like it? Happy Birthday Matt!

Thanks to everyone who bought some chicken salad this past weekend!

Here are some recent cakes. The Braves cake was actually a groom’s cake. It was a two tiered chocolate cake with buttercream. The bride and groom met at a Braves baseball game during the 2021 championship season. Obviously, it had sentimental meaning. I love how it turned out. I also love the Braves!

The second cake is a 25th Anniversary cake for some very special people! I just love the simple, elegant design.

Hello everyone! I’ve been so busy that I forgot to post some of my latest cakes! I hope you like them! Hope everyone is set for wonderful summer!! ☀️ 🐝

The first one I made for an 8 year old’s birthday party. She was having a💧water slide🛝🥳 party so her cake needed to match! This cake was SO much fun to make and I love all the colors! Happy 8th birthday to Miss Margot Bay!

The second cake is a little 6 inch cake that I made to celebrate my mother and my Mimi. I love flowers and I love these two ladies so much!🌺

Woo-Hoo!!! I made it through finals week and I’m officially a Junior now! Thank you for your prayers this week!

Here are some cakes I made …first one was chocolate cake with buttercream, made for some UM graduates 🎓 the second one is Vanilla with Buttercream for a sweet Mama’s birthday, and the last one was Minecraft theme made for a birthday! Of course, you know I had to make the blue orb light up! Duhhh😂😂😂🐝
