We’re going to take W**e Wednesday up a notch today…

Showcasing the 2023 Brut Reserva from Llopart 🥂

A lovely Spanish fizz with fine bubbles, fresh fruit and a bit more depth thanks to its time ageing. It feels special without being too serious. Just a really nice bottle to open when you fancy celebrating something.

And it doesn’t have to be a big occasion. Sometimes a good day, good company or simply having a little something to look forward to is reason enough!

Today’s **ewednesday bottle is a bit of a treat. Echeverria Founder’s Selection Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 from Chile’s Maipo Valley 🇨🇱

Rich, smooth and full of flavour, with dark plum and blackcurrant at the front, followed by subtle hints of mint, black pepper and dark chocolate. It’s full-bodied but beautifully balanced, with a lovely long finish.

One to take your time over and enjoy🍷
