Super easy to make and has a nostalgic taste of home cooking. crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Perfect dinner table dish.

Fried Homestyle Pork Chop
400g pork loin
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp whilepepper
1 egg
5 tbsp corn starch
Oil for pan fry

Cut the lion into 1 inch thick slices and flatten with a meat hammer or bottle.
Mix everything and marinate 2-4 hours.
Pan fried on medium heat till golden brown. drain in paper towel cut into bite size slices and serve

Stir fry in under 3 minutes and make your stir fry vegetables taste like the Zi Char stalls!

Zhi Cha Style Stir Fry Cai Sim Flower
4 tbsp oil
10 cloves of garlic sliced
150g Cai Sim flower
1 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Hua Tiao
pinch of salt and sugar

Fry sliced garlic in oil until golden brown, drain and set aside to keep oil. Can prepare and store in advance.
Heat Wok on high heat, add garlic oil and flakes.
Add 150g Cai Sim flower, stur fry on high heat for 30-45 seconds.
Add Hua Tiao, fish sauce and soy sauce. Toss for 15 seconds and serve.

Baked Portobello with bacon and egg
3 large Portobellos
3 eggs
100g browned bacon bits
6 tbsp tomato garlic pasta sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped spring onions for garnish

Silky soft and custard like tomatoes egg with prawns added to give it more sweetness. Perfect dish for eveyone in the famaily.

Tomato Egg with Prawns
5 eggs
2 tomatoes
3 tbsp oil
5 prawns (remove shell slice into half)
2 stalls spring onions (chopped)

Seasoning:
3 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp corn starch solution
¼ cup prawn stock (made with the shells from the prawns)

1. Stir prawns with 1 tbsp oil until 60% cooked set aside.
2. Scramble eggs in a nonstick pan and set aside keep it slightly under.
3. Stir fry white portion of spring onions together with tomatoes with 2 tbsp oil until soft.
4. Add eggs and prawn. Add in the rest of the seasoning along and mix well.
5. Once cooked add in chopped spring onions green portion and serve.

Easy Red braised pork with quail egg add and braised in beer. Perfect match for a bowl of steaming white rice

Easy Red Braised Pork with Quail Eggs
500g pork belly
1 pack peel quail eggs
2 packs red based sauce
1 tsp salt to taste
1 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp rice wine
5 stalks spring onions (tie into a bundle)
50g ginger
6 died chilli
1 can of beer
1 cup water
Coriander for garnish

1. Boil pork belly 15 mins with water, slice into 2 inch pieces
2. Sear pork belly slices, add all ingredients.
3. Cover and boil for 40 mins on low heat.
4. Garnish with Coriander.

Steamed Minced Pork Egg Bowl (serves 3)
240g minced pork
1 tbsp light soy sauce
dash of pepper
press pork to the side of each bowl
3 eggs
6 slices of mushroom
4 prawns deshelled (can use the heads and shells to make prawn stock)
15 wolfberries
garnish chopped spring onions
Steam for 20 minutes

My Spicy Sesame Pork Xiao Cai is just simply delicious. The idea came about making a dish when I was thinking about Dai Tai Fung Xiao Cai. The combination of black vinegar, Lao Gan Mah and roasted sesame sauce gives the salad a great body, then pair with grilled Iberico pork slices just makes it unstoppable!

Spicy Sesame Grilled Pork Xiao Cai (Serves 2)
200g grilled pork slices (Use Iberico Pork if you have the budget makes a big difference)
50g carrots strips
100g black fungus striped (boiled)
200g Japanese cucumber strips
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp chopped chilli padi
2 tbsp chopped coriander
2 tbsp sesame seeds

Sauce:
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp black vinegar
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sugar

Crab Egg Drop Soup (serves 2)
100g crab claw meat
250ml chicken stock
250ml water
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp minced ginger
½ cup diced carrots
½ cup chopped spring onion
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
dash of pepper
2 beaten eggs
thicken with cornstarch solution
garnish with coriander

The Thai Claypot Prawn VERMICELLI, which we have in alot of Thai resturant and street food places in Thailand, I made it using large and pump tiger prawns and low carb protein wheat noodle so my wife can happily emjoy it! Do not throw the prawn heads and shelled away use them to make the the prawn stock used int the recipe. Tou can also recipe the prawns with crabs, crayfish or even clams (La La)

Thai Claypot Prawn Vermicelli (serves 1)
5 tiger prawns (separate head and body to make stock)
1 pack protein noodle (200g)
1 cup spring onions
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp coriander roots
200ml prawn stock / chicken stock
Coriander and chilli padi for Garnish

Fry heads and shell till slightly brown, add 300ml water and boil to 200ml strain and use stock for noodles.

Sauce:
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
200 ml prawn stock
½ tsp sugar
dash of pepper

Sauce:
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp black vinegar
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp roasted sesame sauce (Kewpie)
2 tbsp Lao Gan Mah
