From elderberries on the farm, I made elderberry juice, added a little cinnamon and ginger, sweetened to taste and fresh lemon. My son had caught the flu from school. I gave it to him and was taking it myself. I did not catch the flu from him, and it helped him recover quicker than other kids in his classroom.
