Mink’s Fire In The Hole Cajun Seasoning is a proprietary blend of select herbs and spices that was created in Lake Providence, Louisiana. When our favorite Cajun seasoning stopped being produced, we and Linda Gail, Alvin’s mama, sat down at the kitchen bar and brainstormed until we came up with the perfect blend of a less salty but highly flavorful peppery Cajun blend.
