Not long ago, I missed a friend’s birthday brunch because the restaurant they chose didn’t have a single vegan option—not even a simple salad. I didn’t want to make a fuss, so I declined, but it stung to feel excluded over something as simple as food.
That moment reminded me why plant-based dining is about more than just food—it’s about 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻. No one should feel left out when sharing a meal with loved ones.
