Cassie’s Clean-ish Meals

I have this page to just keep a list of meals that are clean-ish and my children will eat hence the (ish). I have been eating a clean-ish diet since April of 2019 paired with Intermittent Fasting (will not go into that here, DM me if you have questions). I am not 100% perfect, I am always learning and developing my diet. I hope you enjoy some of the meal ideas I share and maybe your family will enjoy them too. FYI - I do not enjoy food prep so a lot of my meals have pre-packaged / pre-sliced or chopped food. If you enjoy cooking, saving money, and food prep then by all means do not buy like I do. :)
