Chicken ventricles in Korean.You'll lick your fingers! Yummy unusual! All the cooking secrets!

I make this snack for all celebrations. The recipe can be said to be branded, family-friendly.

POTATO CASSEROLE WITH MINCED MEAT.
No one will leave without a Supplement! 😉

Ingredients:
● 5-6 potatoes,
● 500 grams of meat,
● bulb
● 3 eggs,
● some cheese,
● fresh herbs.

Wash, peel and cook the potatoes until tender. Make a good puree by adding butter, a little milk and one raw egg to the potatoes. Cut the onion into smaller pieces and fry it. Add the minced meat to the onion and fry well, almost until ready. Put ½ part of the mashed potatoes in a baking dish and flatten.

Put the minced meat on the mashed potatoes. On top of the minced meat, the second part of the mashed potatoes.
Beat 2 eggs (you can add a little cream) and pour over the potatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs.
Bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.

Potato yummy in 5 minutes

Ingredients:
- potatoes-three medium-sized things;
- two eggs-preferably homemade
- processed cheese - though "friendship", though sausage "hunting"
- milk a little less glass
- lots of greens, garlic, favorite spices and green peas

Preparation:
1. The three potatoes on a grater, whisk in a bowl eggs and milk.
2. Put the grated potatoes in a thick layer on a heated frying pan, "sprinkled" with oil, pour the beaten egg-milk mass, add spices.
3. By the way, I love spices to add more in the process of whipping eggs and milk.
4. put the melted cheese on Top of the rings and close the lid.
5. A slow fire, heated frying pan, layer milk with egg slightly covers the potatoes, and rings cheese halfway ... wait for 7 minutes, remove the lid, cut into parts only then put the portions on a plate.
6. Not sparing and not skimping, sprinkle with greens green peas I... and everything... If the potatoes are no longer young, then ... still 7 minutes... it is grated and in milk..
