Chicken ventricles in Korean.You'll lick your fingers! Yummy unusual! All the cooking secrets!
I make this snack for all celebrations. The recipe can be said to be branded, family-friendly.
Boil 1 kg of cleaned chicken stomachs until soft (about 1.5 hours). Cut into strips.
2 large onions cut into half rings and fry a little.

Mix, allow 8-10 hours to marinate, in the refrigerator.
