Went to Qajjenza Bar last Friday with my brother Sergio Agius and our childhood friend Alan Mangion Iz Zubina. We like to explore new restaurants in our reunions and we came across this place's ad on Facebook which got us interested. Apparently this Bar, which calling it a "Bar" is quite underestimating, has changed management a couple of months ago. Don't be fooled by the interior decoration because this place is nothing less from a "fine dining" restaurant. I usually opt for meat from the menu but the huge variety of fresh fish and pasta intrigued me and the persistency of my two buddies in ordering fish changed my mind. Thank god for that! We had a gigantic fish platter to share as a starter and a selection of three kinds of fish pasta as main course. Needless to say (see photos which honestly don't give the portions justice) the portions were quite abundant even for the three of us. The service was impeccable and quite rare to be served so cordially these days here in Malta. If you love seafood I strongly suggest you check out this hidden jem.
