Mac that is so money 🤑 🤑

Ingredients:

1 head of fresh broccoli, chopped
1 lb pasta shells
2 cups Cadia Mild Cheddar Cheese, shredded
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
Salt & pepper to taste
Recipe Steps:

Cook macaroni al dente, set aside.
Steam broccoli until tender-crisp.
In a saucepan, melt butter, whisk in flour. Slowly add milk, stirring until thickened.
Stir in shredded Cadia Mild Cheddar until melted. Season with salt & pepper.
Combine cheese sauce with macaroni and broccoli.
Serve warm and enjoy the creamy goodness of Broccoli Mac and Cheese made with love and Cadia Mild Cheddar Cheese 🧀🥦

Ingredients:
2 large eggplants, sliced into rounds
3 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp harissa paste
1/4 cup Haddar Tahini
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp pomegranate seeds (optional, for garnish)
1 tsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

A fun one for when the kids get out of school!
Rice Krispie Hearts ❤️

Ingredients:
1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
3 cups Rice Krispies
Red food coloring
Heart sprinkles (optional)

Instructions:
Combine peanut butter and honey in a microwave-safe bowl; heat until soft. Cool slightly.
Stir in Rice Krispies and a drop of red food coloring.
Press mixture into a lined baking tin with a spatula.
Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight until firm.

8 soft corn tortillas

1 jar Nacho Cheese Dip
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
