Every Ballerina, turning 9, deserves to have the cake they've been dreaming about. I'm grateful I could make it for our sweet girl. The look on her face and the excitement in her voice during her cake reveal was all I needed.

I loved making her day special in that way. This cake was very intentionally designed with some of her favorites....Ballet, Bows, TuTu (Skirt dresses) and Edible Shimmer for all things that glitter.

**Two tier vanilla cake (6" & 4") with vanilla buttercream. What's special about this elegant cake isn't all the detailed piping but that the entire cake is dye free. The pink buttercream was created using a fruit powder and it turned out beautifully. Added are cakesicles, dipped pretzels and cupcakes to complete the set.

Honey Bun Latte

2 shots of espresso (1 if you prefer)
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tbsp honey
1/2 tbsp white chocolate sauce
1/2 cup of milk (dairy or non-dairy)

Cold foam
3 tbsp heavy cream
2tbsp milk
1/2 tbsp honey
1/2 tbsp white chocolate sauce

Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon

It's that time of year, again!! As many of you know, we are a homeschooling family. We have been back in session for 2 weeks now so I wanted to reshare our schedule.

Our hours of operation are M-F, 8am-5pm. You can message me anytime within this time frame and I will respond as soon as we get a pause in our lessons. If you send me a message after 5pm, know that I will respond at my earliest, the following business day.
